Brand Launch System

Launch a brand that looks like it’s been here a while.

Identity, store, marketplace setup, product photography, catalog and launch advertising — everything needed to go from an idea to a brand that can take orders.

No lock-in. Month to month, cancel whenever.

The usual problem

Most new brands launch half-built.

A logo and a store are not a brand. Without product photography, a real catalog, working tracking and a first paid campaign, a launch stalls at the point it needs momentum most — and the founder ends up rebuilding it piece by piece over the following year.

What's included

From zero to ready to sell.

  1. 01

    Brand identity

Logo, colour, typography and the visual rules that keep everything consistent as you grow.

  2. 02

    Ecommerce store

A store built to convert from day one, not a template you’ll outgrow in three months.

  3. 03

    Product photography

Shot and styled in-house — the single biggest lever on perceived price in home, decor and lifestyle categories.

  4. 04

    Catalog creation

Product titles, descriptions and structured data written for both buyers and search engines.

  5. 05

    Marketplace setup

Amazon and Flipkart listings, optimised and structured so the marketplace channel is ready when you want it.

  6. 06

    Launch advertising

Tracking installed, first campaigns built and tested, so launch day has traffic instead of silence.

Questions

Before you ask.

I only have a product idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. That is exactly what this is for. We’ve launched brands from a product and nothing else — including two of our own. The audit will tell you honestly whether the idea is ready or whether the product needs work first.

Do I own everything you build?

Completely. Domain, store, brand assets, ad accounts and photography are all registered in your name and handed over. We do not hold your assets hostage to keep you as a client.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. We work month to month with no minimum commitment. If the work isn't returning value, you leave — we'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the current one.

Do you take one-off projects, or only retainers?

Both. If you need something built once and nothing ongoing, that's a standard project. Retainers make sense when growth needs continuous optimisation — but we won't push you into one you don't need.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope, how many custom features are involved, and how quickly content and assets come from your side. Rather than quote a generic range, we give you a fixed timeline in the proposal after the free audit — so you get a real date, not an estimate that slips.

Who actually does the work?

Umair Khan, directly. Growth Overdrive isn't a reseller passing your account to a junior — the person auditing your business is the person building and running it.

Do you work with brands outside India?

Yes. Current and past work spans India and the UAE, including Dubai ecommerce and beauty brands. Communication runs on WhatsApp and email with a 24-hour response commitment.

Free growth audit.

Twenty minutes. We'll show you exactly where revenue is leaking — and you keep the findings whether you hire us or not.
